Austro Control Dronespace System briefly explained

Austro Control Dronespace supports UAS operators and pilots at every stage of the flight. Through Dronespace, you can manage your operator registration, access airspace restriction information, plan your UAS flights, and obtain take-off clearances within civilian control zones if required.
 


Overview of functionalities:


  • Access location-based airspace information
  • Always up-to-date maps, based on official Austro Control aviation charts
  • Submit flight plans and request flight clearances within control zones via Austro Control Dronespace
  • Quick-Check function: Easily get an overview of airspace restrictions and geographical zones relevant to your flight





  • Consideration of relevant legal regulations: The system indicates whether drone operations are generally allowed, prohibited, or require special approval or clearance in the selected flight area
